Shipping policy

UK Mainland Shipping (inside England, Scotland or Wales) is free as standard. 

We use a wide range of courier services, from Royal Mail to Hermes, DPD and more. We cannot always provide tracking numbers with our delivery services but should receive confirmation from us upon dispatch.

All in-stock items are shipped within three working days from receiving your order confirmation.

If an item is pre-ordered, we will fulfil this at the earliest possible time after the arrival of new stock. 

If you do not receive a confirmation within three working days, please use our email form, making sure to include your name, shipping address and order number. 

Bionix Sports is not liable for any mistreatment of packages, loss or theft once the parcel has been confirmed as delivered by the courier service. 

For any deliveries made outside of the UK Mainland, set fees will be in place. All of these fees will be per boxed item.
